We at Indo Products really appreciate the business we receive daily from across Canada.  As of late we have seen a tremendous influx in orders as many people are staying at home and growing, which makes us so happy!

As recommended by many health authorities, we are taking measures to mitigate exposure to illness for our staff.  This includes sanitization routines, staggered shifts, and no public access to our facility.

However we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS, and our local customers can still do curbside pickup - just order online and email us to arrange a time to pickup your order.  For non-local customers we are still shipping to you however note there will be shipping delays and than you for your patience during this time.

Also we wanted to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and hope you stay safe!

Shipping Updates

As a result of the worldwide measures in place to reduce the spread of coronavirus this has slowed down the supply chain and put an increased demand on delivery and courier companies.  

As a small Canadian business we use Canada Post.  Canada Post has also announced "We’re advising Canadians to expect delivery delays due to large volumes and important safety measures.".  

Currently with our staggered shifts we are working 7 days a week to fill orders and are getting them out.  Even when we add the shipping label and take them to the depot not too far from our shop Canada Post is taking longer to process them.  We find delays are more likely to occur with larger shipments (like our kits) and also have seen issues with tracking on their website.   In most cases the package does get there, it just takes a little longer.
